Hello Friends of Westmont Special Events -
Westmont Special Events pays close attention to weather forecasts and while we never want to cancel an event, we sometimes need to in order to keep people safe. We have direct communication with the National Weather Service which provides us with expert analysis and updates when we make these decisions.
Once an event is cancelled, postponed, or updated due to weather, we do our best to communicate this information on our website, social media, and other means. We thank everyone for their understanding and patience in these circumstances.
The volunteers of Westmont Special Events
Most events hosted and coordinated by Westmont Special Events (WSEC) are open to the general public. Event participants should be aware that we take photos at most of our events and then post/publish them in a variety of ways including WSEC website, social media, posters, brochures, email blasts, and more. By participating in a WSEC event, it is expected that participants understand and accept this protocol.
